This is why we are excited to announce that we recently signed the „Charta der Vielfalt” (“Diversity Charter”) – an initiative and network of companies and institutions in Germany who are committed to promoting diversity in the workplace.
We have anchored diversity as an integral part of our values. We are an organization composed of many individuals with different cultural backgrounds, beliefs and personalities and work with international partners. We strongly oppose to any discrimination based on any superficial or immoral criteria during recruiting and at the workplace.
But we do not plan to stop here. We are committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion more visible within our company and in our surrounding.
